We are the Squirrel Patrol, dedicated to making work, college, and life easier for those of us who struggle and don’t know why.
Every individual on this team has a hard time focusing and utilizing time management skills and yet; we built this website. It’s hard sometimes, but we are here to try and make things easier for everyone
Meet the Team
Jessie Hope
I’m Jessie. I am a 26-year-old Navy veteran trying to finish my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. When I am not at school or working on homework, you can usually find me hiking, cooking, or doing something art-related.
I was diagnosed with ADD when I was in eighth grade, but because of the false stigmas associated with this disorder, I was constantly told I was either just being lazy, or I wasn’t trying hard enough. I felt defeated like I had no control over how to “apply” myself and I genuinely felt like there was something wrong with me. However, years later I started attending skills groups and connecting with other people who understood my struggle. The ADHD community helped me turn this “disability” into a superpower!
Casandra Samuelson
I’m Cassie, currently navigating my second year as a Business Administration student at Clark College. My life is a pure juggling act of numerous roles, Student, a mom to two amazing little ones, and a constant individual learning to balance the beautiful chaos of ADHD as well. When I’m not buried in my textbooks, you can find me enjoying some quality time with my little ones or at a soccer game cheering on the Portland Timbers.
This website will be a canvas for experience and lessons learned along the way and provide resources for those also enjoying the challenges and triumphs of ADHD, or if you are unsure if you have it, there will be resources for you as well!

Benjamin Wade
Hey, my name is Ben and I like long walks on the beach, hiking, and forgetting what I was doing.
I am diagnosed and medicated for ADHD and have been since the first grade. Hyper-fixation is my favorite hobby. I pick up or do something that I like, get some serotonin from it, and now whatever it is becomes my whole life for like, 3 weeks. Then I tend to never buy, or do, whatever it was again. I also really enjoy multi-tasking. You know, cleaning all the rooms in my house at once and getting half-way done with all of them. I have roughly 6-7 project cars right now, but I’ll get to them, I swear. Anyway, I hope some part of this website helps you find solice in whatever reason brought you here.
